Rice Paper Rolls

- Can be made Vegetarian or Vegan 
INGREDIENTS
- Rice paper sheets 
- Protein of your choice: I usually use chicken or beef mince or tuna, to keep it vegan you could use tofu 
- Vermicelli noodles 
- Lettuce 
- Carrot 
- Bean sprouts 
- Avocado 
- Lemon & chilli for extra flavour 
- Tamari/soy sauce for dipping 
METHOD
- Place vermicelli noodles in hot water to cook through 
- Cook your protein of choice 
- Chop up/prepare salad ingredients: grate carrot, chop lettuce, slice avocado, wash bean sprouts 
- Drain vermicelli noodles & place all of your ingredients into separate bowls & put on the table 
- Create your rice paper roll by dipping your rice paper sheet into some warm water until it becomes soft & then fill with your ingredients, seasoning with some lemon & chili before wrapping it up 
- Dip rice paper roll in tamari or soy sauce
